I'm Tiffa, a passionpreneur & mental health warrior.

I lived with chronic depression & su*cidal ideation for over 20+ years. What saved my life was igniting my soulfire, finding my purpose & escaping the rat race influences that kept me dis-eased & defeated.

Now, I wake up each morning ready to grab life by the horns & snuggle. Even on challenging days, I remain motivated, eager & hopeful. Instead of plotting my exit from this lifetime, I now plan for a future I thought I'd never live long enough to see.

My goal with this space is to help people revolt against the rat race with radical holistic lifestyle changes across mind, body, soul & cake ($$$).
