Free from fake spiritualism that masquerades as potent alchemical sorcery, the kind of stuff you can only master through enough ayahuasca trips to sedate a bull elephant and enough fart inhalation to drown a skunk.
Free from self-proclaimed "life coaches" who have about as much life experience as a self-righteous priest who entered the 'hood at the ripe young age of 12 when he became an alter boy in lieu of talking to that sweet Betty he was too afraid to approach in Sunday school.
Free from the fear, the shame, the shams, scams, and "you're doing it all wrong, ma'am"-s that the self-help community keeps parading about as honesty when REALLY, it's toxic snake-oil-salesmanship that I'll have none of, NONE OF!
It's time that you hear the truth from someone who's lived it:
YOU.
DON'T.
NEED.
SOMEONE.
ELSE.
OTHER.
THAN.
YOU.
TO.
HEAL/ENHANCE/EXPAND/AWAKEN/ENLIGHTEN/GUIDE.
YOUR.
ASS.
FORWARD.
And I know what you're gonna say...
"But Tiffa, how am I supposed to do X, Y, or Z, when I don't know shit about any one of 'em?!"

That's what Google and ongoing education are for.
I didn't say "stop seeking education."
I said "ditch the woke-ster gurus and the 20-something year-old life coaches."
Or any guru or life coach for that matter.
What do they know about living YOUR life?! Fuckin' nothing, bruv!
And of course you don't know everything, nor do I say all of this with the expectation that you would suddenly figure it all out!
But what most people don't realize (and what I painstakingly learned the hard way so you don't have to, you're welcome be-tee-dubs), is that when you look outside of yourself for guidance - not education, clarity, perspective, or proof, but GUIDANCE - you disempower your intuition and raise your expectations on the experiences of someone else's outcomes.
The problem with hiring coaches, mentors, and guides, or trusting beyond a doubt in a guru or spiritual leader, is that it causes the self to shut down in favor of what it perceives to be a smarter human.
And, honey bunches of YOU, if it hasn't dawned on you yet then please let this moment hit as hard as it needs to: we are constantly learning about how our favorite gurus, leaders, coaches, and guides are sick fucks who manipulate, distort, and otherwise abuse their audience for the sake of power and money.
That isn't to say you can't LEARN from them.
But when you fall into the trap of relying on their guidance and wisdom instead of simply receiving it, judging it for the valid or invalid opinion that it is (because, after all, that's all anyone's ever offering you, their opinion - including me), and discerning for yourself whether or not it's worth assimilating into your life choices, then you become dependent, close-minded, and exclusive, a choice that dangerously reduces your willingness to: a) hear other opinions, b) trust your own judgment, and c) recognize when those individuals are using you for the boosting of their own ego, rather than legitimately helping your cause.
I know it can be hard, but you need to start trusting:
Y.our.
O.wn.
U.niverse.
You need to start trusting YOU over anyone else!
My goal here - be it through my writing or through my products - is to empower your inner knowing.
Not by telling you what to do, but by asking you to question what YOU think you should do.
Sure, I've got ideas and resources that've helped me over the years, and sure, I'd love for those things to help you along your path to blissful and radical upheaval of unfulfilling foolery.
BUT, I in no way want you to look to me for answers for how you should live, or where, or why.
I want you to feel empowered to think for yourself, to develop your own gospel of Y.O.U., to explore what you want and how you want to achieve it without some digital douche-nozzle clamoring on about how they've created SUCH a stellar life by doing X, Y, Z and how "don't you wanna wiggle your butt in people's faces too with all the smugness of someone who's figured it all out?! Then buy my 12-step plan and watch your butt start a bouncing!"
There's a reason why no program - NOT ONE - on this careening third rock from the sun has been able to help ALL people: everyone is different and there will never be a one-size-fits-all solution to life.
Whatever angle you approach it, whichever pillar you start with, all I hope is that you'll drop the self-proclaimed "leaders" and go within, trusting that the internal guidance you discover in there *ahem, that's YOU, in all your atomic glory, spewing hot fire* is just right for you.
And if you need to research some tips along the way to experiment with what works and what doesn't, go for it!
Just don't do that thing where you clamp on like a stage-5 clinger to someone else's reality in a desperate hope that it'll somehow fit you as well as it fits them.
Trust me, boo boo: ideological pants that are custom-made for your needs will always fit way better than any pair of expensive idea-trousers that you can suss out from anywhere else in the world.
